What Tom Handles (Tech & Engines)
- • Writing and maintaining all code (Next.js, React, APIs, Three.js LiDAR).
- • Building AI automations that handle outreach drafts and inbox sorting.
- • Covering all domain registrations, server costs, and hosting.
- • Programmatic SEO and technical search visibility.
- • Teaching you the 20% of practical knowledge that produces 80% of business results.
What You Handle (The Human 80%)
- • Talking directly with real people (calling contacts, chatting over WhatsApp, meeting in person).
- • Signing up the first pubs, clubs, trades, or customers.
- • Feeding back what people actually want so we can tune the platform.
- • Being the recognisable, trusted human face of that specific business.
- • Running with the project consistently week after week.
What You Need (And What You Don’t)
- Willingness to learn the 80/20 approach
